Let’s skip the crowded paths and find something real. Hidden streets, morning light in small cafes, a local bakery smell that stays in memory longer than any landmark.

Itineralis was born from a simple thought - that travel should be more than movement from one place to another. We wanted to create guides that don’t just show, but feel.
We welcome voices that travel slow, notice small things, and tell stories that feel like they belong to the road. Don’t worry about perfection - we like when text breathes, when there’s a typo or two, when a sentence wanders a bit.
Winding roads between olive trees, small wineries where the owner still knows your name. A slow route through medieval towns and sun-warmed stone.

Not the busy Shibuya kind of Tokyo. We walk through quiet neighborhoods, vintage shops, tea corners, and tiny bars where jazz never stopped playing.

Long drives near the sea, white cottages, and that northern light that makes you stop and stare. A guide for those who love silence and salt wind.

No museums, no lines - just croissants, tiny bookstores, soft rain, and a glass of wine near the Seine. A love letter to the city’s quiet corners.

We started as friends sharing notes and turned it into a living travel diary. The name Itineralis came from “itinerary” and “alis” - like essence or style. For us, it means “travel with sense and soul”.We don’t rush. We prefer mornings without plans, cities that reveal themselves slowly. Our guides are not about “10 things to do”, but about “how it feels to be there”.
The site is a place for curious minds who like details: the smell of espresso in Rome, a walk through Kyoto alleys at dusk, the sound of the sea in the Nordic coast.
We love imperfection, because that’s where real beauty hides. You’ll find small stories, short notes, things we actually saw, not copied from big portals.
SAY HELLO
A small message, a travel story, a simple hi — we love hearing from people who wander too.
