User Activation

I have not received the activation e-mail; why?
The activation e-mail of Itineralis.com has not arrived due to a wrong typing of your e-mail address in the e-mail field upon user registration. Register again and write your e-mail address correctly in the relative e-mail field and make sure that it is typed correctly, because you will receive your activation e-mail at this address. To receive the activation e-mail, check also the Anti-Spam folder of your e-mail account.

User registration

In the user registration I entered the date of birth, but Itineralis.com does not allow me to continue, why?
All dates, including the date of birth, must be entered according to the international format: year-month-day (yyyy-mm-dd ). Example 2008-03-15.

I registered, but I am not able to enter with my Username and Password access data, what should I do?
The registration was probably done correctly on date X, but it hasn't yet been activated.È It is necessary to activate l'the user account to access, clicking the link on the e-mail you received informing you that you have been registered on our portal www.itineralis.com. If you have not received or you are not able to identify our e-mail informing you that you are registered at out portal www.itineralis.com, we advise you to check the Anti-Spam folder of your e-mail account. To access your "Personal Area", in "Log-In" it is obligatory to respect capital and small letters when typing the Access Data that you entered.

For structure owners and managers

Who must I do to enter and advertise a structure?
It is necessary to carry out User Registration in "Register" and the relative activation of your account in order to enter your structure/s.
To advertise you structure, it is necessary to enter in "Log-In" enter your access data, once you enter your "Personal Areae"select "Add a New Structure" and follow the insertion iter.

The structure is incomplete and has not been published, what must I do?
Accessing your structure in the "Personal Area"in "My Structures", you will notice that, on the bar relative to yourstructure, it will result "Not Active", that is, not published.
Per rendere la tua inserzione "Attiva" occorre completare obbligatoriamente tutti gli Step di inserimento, dall' 1 al 5 (con esclusione dello Step 4 relativo ai prezzi, che è facoltativo).
To complete the insertion steps, click on the small iconrepresented by the "paper and pen", on the bar relative to your structure.
Payment has not yet been carried out or Itineralis Srl has not yet received it.

I entered the last Minute prices but they are not displayed in the structure insertion, what must I do?
Before inserting the Last Minute period, you must insert in "Prices", Step 4, a period and relative price to refer to for Last Minute.

In the description or in the photos entered for my structure, the relative phone and e-mail contacts and internet addresses have been removed, why?
The coercive removal of internet, home and e-mail addresses and phone numbersin the description and photos of the entered structure is an internal rule of www.Itineralis.com, which you accepted in the contract for our services, which Itineralis.com obliges to be complied with. Itineralis.com obliges to remove or modify as quickly as possible all descriptions and texts, on the photos etc., on the page relative to a structure, containing contacts, internet, e-mail, postal and home addresses, phone and fax numbers and to place these exclusively in the appropriate fields provided for them, complying with the prohibitions and standards foreseen in the contract accepting the portal services, or else we will be obliged to remove or modify said descriptions and texts.

What is the criteria for the positioning of my structure when the customer looks for a certain locality? In which position is my structure?
The above-mentioned criteria is based on this mechanism: the more the details and data of the structure are updated, the more its position is brought towards the top of the previews of the search results automatically.Otherwise it is possible to intervene manually selecting #34;Update the Positioning of your structure", in "My Structures" of your "Personal Area", through which your structure is repositioned at the topof the previews of the search results for about 48 hours. We strongly recommendthat you update it periodically to remain in the first positions of the result previewsrelative to the search for your locality.

How can I check on potential contacts or requests for accommodation on the part of customers?
To check the existence of contacts or requests for stay on the partof customers, we advise you to check the anti-spam folder of your e-mail account and to verify that your e-mail address indicated in Step 1 of the "Email"field is correct. In your "Personal Area", in "My Structures", click the icon "+" in ther bar relative to your structure and select "See requests".

Username and Password access data recovery

I lost my password, what must I do?
Click on "I lost the Password" on the Homepage (Main page) of www.itineralis.com and enter the requested data. Or
If you have lost or forgotten the password, you can always generate a new one, entering in "Log-in", selecting "Did you forget the password?" and then enter the requested data.

I can't remember my Username, what must I do?
You can find your Username in your activation e-mail for confirmationof registration, which we advise you to save*. You can find it on the page "Details", in your "Personal Area", on the "Personal page of the'user username+name" You can ask for it directly writing to info@itineralis.com. *To receive the activation or registration e-mail, check also the Anti-Spam folder on your e-mail account.

Details of the conditions for the free offer after the first 10 months.

What are the contract conditions for the free acceptance of services with Itineralis.com after the first 10 free months?
At the end of 10 months free of charge,you will have the faculty to publish your insertion once again at the cost of 4,12 Euro a month for the followingyear or else to not publish it any more, without a tacit agreement.** At the end of the promotional offer the orinary fees will be published for all those who subscribe after the first 1000; the concerned fees will be published when the first 1000 structure have been reached with relative communication. **IMPORTANT: However at the end of the 10 months promotion, Itineralis.com does not exclude the possibility for an extension of added time exclusively in favour of the first 1000 who joined, at the same favorable conditions, that is, the concession of more free months before the annual renewal at the foreseen 4,12 Euro/a month. (See art. 4 of the contractual information of Itineralis.com, in your reserved "Personal Area", accessed after registration and relative account activation).

Where is the contractual information for free adhesion to the services of Itineralis.com?
After your user registration and relative activation, you will find the relative contractual information of free adhesion in your "Personal Area", which can be downloaded in Pdf, to be sent obligatorily counter-signed via fax to the number +39 075 816230 or by e-mail with a digital signature.
